Beauty injections
Women around the world spend a lot of time taking care of their skin, but at a certain point of time beauty creams, regular physical activity, healthy eating and liters of water no longer suffice. Even makeup does not help to hide the signs of ageing.
After the age of 20, the cell division process helping to restore the skin slows down. The skin loses its moisture and elasticity. The very first fine wrinkles appear around the eyes and mouth. Under the influence of the environment and living conditions, the collagen layer starts losing its initial structure, the subcutaneous fat disappears or migrates. The facial skin is no longer firm and smooth as it used to be.
Therefore, whatever we do, when taking care of the skin of our face, neck, hands and decolletage, at some point of time, we have to apply more serious methods of care.
Botulinum toxin injections (commonly known as Botox)
Non-surgical method of reversing the signs of aging by causing specific muscles to halt their function (be paralyzed), leaving skin smooth and unwrinkled. Rather than restoring lost volume, it temporarily blocks the transmission of nerve impulses to the overactive muscles, which cause unwanted wrinkles.
Our neurology specialist Aleksandr JESMENOV, MD and laser surgery specialist Sergei SARAP, MD are using for injection procedure Botox, DYSPORT and Vistabel.
What procedures can be performed with the help of injections?
Intensive moisturizing (biorevitalization)
Hyaluronic acid is used in order to prevent the formation of wrinkles, as well as to ensure the active moisturizing, tightening and smoothing for the skin of the face, neck, decolletage and back of the hands. Price starts from 160€.
Preventing expression wrinkles (Botulinum Toxin Therapy)
Certain measures can be taken by the patient before a wrinkle develops a bottom and becomes visible even when the face is at rest. Dynamic wrinkles, in contrast to static ones, are easier to correct – it is enough to temporarily relax your facial muscles and allow your skin to relax and smooth.
Price starts from 110€ (horizontal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose) and up to 285€ (for horizontal and vertical wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows).
Wrinkle management (fillers based on hyaluronic acid)
When a wrinkle is static (it is visible even when your face is at rest), you can use combined solutions of your choice based on the doctor’s recommendation. Hyaluronic acid is used for filling and effacement of wrinkles and depressions, as well as for the correction of other aesthetic defects in the area of nasolabial folds, lips, lips contour and so on. Price starts from 195€.
Contour correction (fillers based on hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite)
In many cases, the effacement of solitary wrinkles is not enough to restore the youthful and fresh appearance. In order to fight with gravity and achieve a more youthful appearance, it is necessary to restore the volume. This can be achieved with the help of fillers, which in addition to giving volume, stimulate the production of natural collagen, which in its turn provides an effective and long-term skin effacement. These fillers may replace the lost tissues and restore or recreate facial contours (correction of cheek-bones, temporal region, cheeks, jaw line, chin, etc.).
Plasmotherapy (injections of the patient’s platelet-rich plasma)
This is a popular aesthetic medicine procedure for rejuvenation and restoration of tissues on a cellular level by intradermal administration of platelet-rich plasma of the patient. It results in improvement of metabolic processes, acceleration of cell division, enhancement in the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Thus, having a double effect: regeneration and replenishment of collagen and elastin. One of the main advantages of this method is that it is completely safe and eliminates the risk of allergic reaction, as it uses the patient’s own blood.
Even when the patient wants to try minimally invasive procedures, it is first of all necessary to consult with a highly qualified doctor. The doctor can tell you about existing contraindications and risks and will help to choose the appropriate medication/treatment for you. Furthermore our specialized doctors can create a detailed plan and budget based on the procedures required for the solution of the patient’s problems.
